    First impressions are everything! As a Spa Reception Agent with The Fairmont Spa, you have the opportunity to provide a welcome experience like no other. Your personalized greeting, care in treatment selection and knowledge of the spa will ensure our guests have a lasting memory of their visit.

    Starting Rate: $20.18

    We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.54

    Job Duties Include:

    • Provide personalized greetings, assist with treatment selections, and resolve guest concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
    • Book and schedule treatments, respond to phone and email inquiries, and manage guest requirements with attention to detail.
    • Oversee the reception area, control facility access, give tours, and maintain reception inventory and materials.
    • Process payments for services and retail products, complete quality checks on spa bookings, and handle reporting tasks.
    • Support Spa Reservations in a self-directed environment, adapt to shifting duties, and assist with other tasks as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Your Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in spa industry or hospitality preferably in a similar position
    • Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field an asset
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
