As our Lead Sales Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of the studio's front-end success. You'll play a pivotal role in growing our member base, developing our sales team, and driving revenue with your leadership and strategic insight.

  • Lead Studio Sales Efforts
    • Engage with potential members, provide high-energy studio tours, and convert interest into long-term memberships
    • Create a welcoming, positive first impression that reflects the Orangetheory brand
  • Drive B2B Outreach & Local Partnerships
    • Proactively network within the community and cultivate B2B partnerships to boost member acquisition
    • Identify and execute local events, promotions, and outreach opportunities
  • Lead, Train, and Motivate the Sales Team
    • Be a role model by demonstrating sales excellence and a positive attitude every day
    • Support onboarding, development, and training of new Sales Associates to hit goals and deliver top-tier service

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
