What you'll do:

  • Process incoming mail, administrative requests and electronic worklists with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Update customer files and information in internal systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Respond to requests from merchants, internal clients and business partners using the appropriate tools.
  • Conduct research, validate information and resolve discrepancies or exceptions requiring operational judgment.
  • Monitor email inboxes, prioritize requests and process files within required timelines.
  • Contribute to documentation updates, knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational priorities and escalate unusual situations when needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is considered an asset.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, administrative support, operations or request processing.
  • Fluency in French and English is required to provide support across Canada.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and a collaborative mindset.
