Job description

Multi Site Operations Support Specialist

Summit Building Services is looking for a Multi Site Operations Support Specialist to grow with our team. You will be working 30-40 hours a week in the Covers Columbus, Zanesville, Logan, Cambridge, Marion, and the surrounding areas, with a varying evening schedule after 5pm Monday-Saturday

Pay rate $23.00 per hour and includes: PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
  2. Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
  3. Provide coverage to unstaffed buildings to ensure service is completed
  4. Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
  5. Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
  6. Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
  7. Complete work tickets
  8. Send reports to Area Manager
  9. Recommendation of special project work when needed
  10. Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position
