Position Responsibilities:
The Operations Support Coordinator will provide operational support for both the Kansas City and St. Louis markets by:
Assisting with daily dispatch operations and load coverage
Supporting driver communication and issue resolution
Monitoring Hours of Service, ELD compliance, and safety documentation
Coordinating accident paperwork and required compliance follow-up
Assisting with driver onboarding and ongoing training documentation
Maintaining operational reports and administrative records
Providing customer communication and service support as needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in transportation, chemicals, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Candidates with a valid driver's license highly preferred.
