Service Operations Supervisor

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize service administration and operational support functions. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service workflows, supporting administrative teams, and driving continuous process improvements that enhance both operational performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing service operations, improving processes, and utilizing technology to streamline workflows. Experience with ERP or field service management systems is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to service coordination and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily operations.
  • Oversee service workflows, including work order management, service requests, billing support, and coordination with dispatch and field teams.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce manual tasks, and improve scalability.
  • Support and optimize the use of service management systems, including workflow enhancements, reporting improvements, and data accuracy initiatives.
  • Manage administrative processes such as maintenance agreements, service documentation, parts coordination, and billing adjustments.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with field service, sales, and internal departments to ensure alignment and minimize service delays.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for operational or customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote a positive team environment focused on accountability, communication, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in service operations, customer service, field service support, or a related operational environment.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workflows and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems or service management platforms preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
