Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead and scale our manufacturing operations in Woburn, Massachusetts. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of manufacturing, purchasing, inventory management, shipping, logistics, and operational processes. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, leading teams, and driving operational performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting continued growth while helping build the systems and operational discipline required for a scalable manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Operations: Lead day-to-day production activities and workflow coordination.

Manage production schedules and priorities.

Monitor labor utilization, productivity, and operational performance. Support manufacturing teams in meeting quality, delivery, and efficiency goals.

Drive accountability and communication across the operation.

Purchasing, Materials & Inventory: Oversee purchasing, materials planning, and inventory activities.

Ensure material availability to support production schedules.

Improve inventory accuracy and inventory control processes.

Work with suppliers to improve delivery performance and responsiveness.

Support cost reduction and sourcing initiatives.
