We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Package Operations Manager who is eager to grow, lead teams, and create exceptional resident experiences.
Please Assist Me partners with luxury residential communities to provide premium package management and resident lifestyle services. The Package Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across both the Package Department and Resident Operations Department to ensure seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
What Does a Package Operations Manager Do?
Package Operations Management
  • Oversee all package room operations within luxury residential buildings
  • Ensure accurate package intake, logging, organization, and delivery processes
  • Maintain package room cleanliness, organization, and efficiency standards
  • Monitor package volume trends and operational workflows to improve service levels
  • Resolve resident package concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with building policies, safety procedures, and service standards
Team Leadership & Staff Management
