Our Internship Experience:

Our General Internship is designed for local High School or College students and is a 10-week paid program designed to provide broad exposure to the hospitality and property management industry. Interns will be placed in a department that aligns with both company needs and individual career goals. Potential areas include Front Desk Operations, Guest Services, Property Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage (select locations), Maintenance Operations, and Corporate Support.

Interns will work closely with experienced team members and leadership while gaining hands-on experience through daily operations and special projects. This flexible structure ensures a well-rounded understanding of the hospitality business while allowing interns to explore their interests.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of an assigned mentor, interns will support day-to-day operations while contributing to creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities may vary depending on department placement but can include:

  • Assisting with guest services and front desk operations
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media and local outreach
  • Participating in property tours and guest engagement activities
  • Learning reservation and property management systems
  • Assisting with maintenance coordination and property upkeep processes
  • Supporting event planning and community activities
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Supporting team projects and operational initiatives
