Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. Based out of the Corona office, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and parts to customers
- Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, POโs and customer interactions
- Purchase and process incoming parts
- Collaborate with other to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
Physical Demands:
The Service Coordinator may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and may need to lift up to 25 pounds.
