To thrive as a Service Operations Analyst, you need strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a background in business, IT, or a related field. Familiarity with IT service management tools (like ServiceNow), reporting software, and relevant certifications such as ITIL are typically required. A Service Operations Analyst typically does not earn $10,000 a month without a degree; such high salaries are more common in roles like sales, real estate, or entrepreneurship that rely on experience, skills, and performance rather than formal education. Some specialized fields like tech sales or certain freelance consulting can reach this level through commissions and client contracts. However, most high-paying jobs require relevant experience, certifications, or skills rather than just a degree.
