CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Cloud Operations Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

This role supports the day-to-day operations of cloud and on-premises systems. This role assists in monitoring, maintaining, and improving infrastructure performance, while learning and applying best practices in automation, security, and system reliability.

How you'll create opportunities in this Cloud Operations Analyst role:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud systems to support performance and availability.
  • Support automation of routine operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) under guidance.
  • Help manage cloud resources to ensure scalability and availability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
  • Participate in system audits and help generate reports on cloud system health.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Contribute to documentation of operational procedures and best practices.
  • Learn and apply cloud security and compliance standards.
  • Support on-premises data center operations and integration with cloud systems.
  • Assist with maintenance and upgrades of on-premises hardware and software.
  • Participate in on-call rotation

What you will need:

  • 4 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Manage Kubernetes, Azure, Cloud Security, Linux using Python or Bash scripting, PowerShell, Docker, Git, DevOps, Spacelift, M365 suite, EntraID.
  • Hyperconverged systems, Windows and Linux OS, Support of both Datacenter and Cloud environments
