Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Houston branch. This position is responsible for managing service technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting branch growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with pest control management experience who is committed to developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager.


Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor service schedules, route efficiency, and technician productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage service technicians and support staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and promote company values throughout the branch.
  • Address performance concerns and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

Customer Experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
