Service Manager/Dispatcher - East Central Illinois
The Service Manager/Dispatcher will assist in leading a team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional service for our customers. He or she will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of your respected departments, to promote customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. This Service Manager must have strong leadership qualities to organize and motivate a team and to hold each team member accountable for outstanding performance on a daily basis in addition to exceptional customer service skills. MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position must have at minimum, a strong supervisory and detail-oriented skill set with a strong track record in delivering exemplary customer service and excellent operational and financial results. Also required are strong computer, internet, and business software skills.
