What You’ll Do


The Service Manager (Maintenance) is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.


Your day-to-day may include:

  • Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
  • Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property
  • Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance
  • Train and coach all maintenance team members


Requirements:

What You Bring

  • CPO Certification required (or expected to complete within 60 days of hire)
  • Responsible for the turn and make-ready process (ie. painting, general maintenance and repairs, as well as scheduling for internal team members and external vendors, and more).
  • Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
  • Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines
  • Accountable for oversight of property condition including groundskeeping and general upkeep/maintenance of amenity spaces.

The expected compensation range for this position is $32.00 – $35.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
