As a Food Service Director you will take charge of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect by planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, and food sanitation certification. Prior Food Service Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.
