We're looking for an experienced Tier 2 Service Desk Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, helping clients, and mentoring teammates.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, server, and cloud issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Google Workspace
  • Troubleshoot Apple devices (macOS, iPhone, and iPad) in business environments
  • Own tickets from start to finish while providing exceptional client communication
  • Identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions
  • Mentor Tier 1 technicians and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Follow security, documentation, and SLA best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows administration skills
  • Experience supporting Apple devices and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and networking
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • MSP experience preferred
