About the Role
Be the first impression that stays. As our Front Desk Office Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the guest experience - from seamless check-in to genuine, memorable service. You'll set the tone for our hotel and inspire a team to deliver excellence every single day.
What You'll Do
Own all Front Office operations - guest registration, room inventory, service standards, cost controls, and marketing initiatives.
Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of up to 15 Guest Service Agents, building a culture of high performance and hospitality.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; monitor satisfaction trends and drive continuous improvement.
Manage franchise systems, GDS, and all booking channels; oversee revenue capture and competitive analysis.
Maintain all hardware, software, and point-of-sale equipment; ensure team knowledge is always current.
Oversee audit procedures, accounts reconciliation, month-end processes, and A/R transfers.
Uphold hotel safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times.

What We're Looking For
High school diploma/GED required; hospitality degree preferred
2+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GDS and hotel franchise systems
Additional Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for the majority of the shift.
Ability to lift or carry items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Strong multitasking, time management, and English communication skills.
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
