Job Description:

Position Summary

DTN is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers. This role is responsible for driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong project governance expertise with executive-level communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.

  • Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones.

  • Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN's SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.

What You Will Bring to the Position:
  • 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget.

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies.

  • Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar).

  • PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.

What You Can Expect from DTN:
  • Competitive Salary

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Flexible working hours

  • Remote work model (position dependent)

  • Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans

  • 6% 401K matching

  • Unlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $84,500 and $113,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
