How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Pioneer a Brand-New Legacy: Spearhead the ground-up build, construction phase, and grand opening of a state-of-the-art freestanding Emergency Room, leaving your personal fingerprint on the facility's physical and operational footprint.

  • Architect the Clinical Environment: Lead the end-to-end curation of the facility’s infrastructure, from hand-selecting advanced medical equipment and establishing robust inventory pipelines to developing a high-functioning, fully integrated on-site lab.

  • Build and Inspire Your Dream Team: Conduct the talent acquisition, training, and cultural development of a brand-new, elite clinical team, fostering an environment of clinical excellence, shared accountability, and high morale from day one.

  • Drive Strategic & Financial Autonomy: Own the operational blueprint by designing departmental goals, managing a dynamic launch budget, and orchestrating streamlined workflows that balance fiscal responsibility with uncompromised patient care.

  • Forge Collaborative Leadership Pathways: Act as the vital bridge between physicians, hospital executives, and community partners to cultivate a seamless, obstacle-free environment focused on clinical quality and service excellence.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Freestanding ER experience strongly preferred
