Service delivery refers to the process of providing services to customers or clients according to agreed standards and expectations. In organizations, service delivery involves planning, managing, and improving the way services are provided to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency. This can involve direct interaction with clients, coordination between teams, and ensuring that services meet quality and performance standards.
