The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across all business units and corporate groups. The incumbent communicates TekWissen values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits and other areas of interest to prospective candidates. This position is responsible for developing proactive recruiting plans and strategies with the hiring manager related to diversity recruiting and recruiting metrics analysis, etc., while meeting targeted cost-per-hire goals.

Job Description
  • Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process. (65%)
  • Deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates. (10%)
  • Develop and execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies. (10%)
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies by job family to deliver a candidate pipeline of the quality and quantity to meet business needs. (5%)
  • Interface with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management. (5%)
  • Support design and execution of key Talent Programs (5%)
Qualifications

Required: 1-3 years recruiting and sourcing. Proficiency with MS Office. Solid knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.

Preferred: Experience recruiting for niche analytical positions preferred. Experience with Applicant Tracking System
