ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a Delivery Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of modern technology initiatives-owning the full lifecycle from planning through launch. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Operations, and Application Engineering to shape objectives, orchestrate seamless releases, and ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality. In this role, you'll keep complex initiatives moving with clarity and confidence, aligning resources, removing obstacles, and providing transparent, meaningful updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. If you thrive at the intersection of people, process, and technology, this is a place where your leadership truly moves the business forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Champion Agile/Scrum practices and values to drive high-performance delivery across Application Engineering efforts.
  • Foster a culture of self-organization, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments.
  • Facilitate productive discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Enhance transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support teams in refining and maintaining product backlogs.
  • Lead with a servant leadership mindset.
  • Collaborate with Operations to track defects and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize planning, risk management, and delivery.
  • Promote AI-driven automation and insights.
  • Integrate emerging technologies into delivery processes.
  • Embrace additional duties as assigned.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in facilitation, conflict resolution, and transparency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools, including Jira, JSM and Confluence
