12 years of experience, in Datacenter Operations and Managementย 

Good Knowledge of Datacenter operations encompassing LAN/WAN and Voice Networks, Servers, Storage, Database Services, Infrastructure Monitoring Tools and IT Service Managementย 

Excellent organizational & time management skills and working knowledge of Project Management fundamentalsย 

Manage ongoing Datacenter Operations Support and New Project initiativesย 

Develop and showcase continuous Service Improvement Initiativesย 

Ability to successfully build and manage high performing teamsย 

Experience with managing by metricsย 

Excellent oral and written communication skillsย 


Responsibilities:ย 

Manage ongoing Datacenter Operations and New Project initiativesย 

Engage direct reports from onsite and offshore and create culture of teamwork, accountability and initiative to help customer achieve their definition of successย 

Manage to key performance indicators (KPIs) and encourage continuous improvement to meet and exceed goals.ย 

Determine root cause and implement corrective actions.ย 

People management duties includeย 

o staff scheduling based on customer demands for ongoing production support and Projects,ย 

o periodic status meetings,ย 

o performance management and reporting,ย 

o conflict resolution,ย 

o training,ย 

o onboarding and mentoringย 

Develop & enhance operational processes with Customer's consentย 

Create individual development plans for direct reports to continuously fill skill gaps to help achieve growth for team and individualย 

Identify and cross skill consultantsย 

Work with Sr. Management to plan, and set objectives.ย 

Deliver on-time performance appraisals and define annual development goals
