Overview

An Automotive Service Drive Manager is a leadership position in a dealershipโ€™s service department, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service lane and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery. This role often reports to the Service Manager and works closely with technicians, service advisors, parts staff, and warranty teams.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Operational Oversight: Manage the service drive (service lane) to ensure timely vehicle turnover, proper scheduling, and efficient workflow.
