Job Description:

  • Lead the Quality Management Office (QMO) governance framework, ensuring standardization of delivery and quality processes across programs and portfolios.
  • Oversee end-to-end program and portfolio delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams, ensuring seamless coordination, optimal utilization, and high performance across geographies.
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery health, quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive risk management, issue escalation, and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
  • Establish and enforce engineering quality standards, including test automation, CI/CD quality gates, and code quality metrics.
  • Develop and present executive dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with business, technology, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment of delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Champion continuous improvement and AI-led transformation initiatives, including intelligent automation, Agentic AI adoption, and productivity enhancement.
  • Lead QA and automation excellence programs, ensuring strong adoption of modern testing frameworks.
  • Mentor and develop delivery leaders across onsite and offshore teams to build a strong quality-first and engineering excellence culture.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 20+ years of experience in IT services, program delivery, or portfolio management.
  • Strong expertise in delivery governance, quality assurance, and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong experience managing onsite–offshore delivery models and global teams.
  • Hands-on understanding of software engineering and test automation, including:
    • Java / J2EE ecosystems
    • Selenium WebDriver
    • Playwright / modern automation frameworks
    • API testing and CI/CD integration
  • Experience in managing multi-project, multi-technology environments.
  • Experience in managing Large Managed Services Programs
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, or Lean methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, GenAI tools, and AI-driven transformation programs.
  • Experience in driving AI adoption for QA, automation, and delivery optimization.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at executive and client leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define and interpret delivery and quality metrics.
  • Expertise in risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
