As an Service Delivery Director - Standards & Governance, you will be responsible for leading teams across multiple functional areas, driving innovation, and contributing to key business programs. You will apply existing technologies and methodologies in new ways to design solutions, support sales initiatives, and strengthen knowledge management across the organization.

As an Service Delivery Director - Standards & Governance, you will be responsible for:

Managing teams across multiple functional disciplines, with responsibilities spanning people leadership and technical delivery.
Developing annual action plans and research roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Contributing to business programs and mid-term strategies for a significant part of a function or business unit.
Applying existing technologies, methodologies, and approaches in new combinations to design innovative products and systems.
Supporting sales projects by collaborating within sales teams to identify technically and economically optimal solutions.
Driving new approaches within the sales process by leveraging existing technologies in creative ways.
Leading knowledge management initiatives, including defining strategies and promoting knowledge sharing across teams.
Developing and delivering training programs while ensuring effective rollout and adoption across the organization.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in functional management.
Possess experience in applications engineering, technical support, and/or reliability engineering.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
Have proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
Demonstrate experience in leading programs and projects successfully.
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
Possess well-established project management skills.
