Job description

Selrico Services is seeking an energetic and dependable Meal Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team!  In this role, you will be the vital link between our partners and customers ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly delivery. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service and safe driving will help create memorable experiences for our customers while supporting the smooth operation of our meal delivery service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your driving skills and positive attitude make a real difference.

Responsibilities

 

    • Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and courier vans, to transport food orders across designated routes.
    • Load and unload deliveries efficiently using manual handling techniques, heavy lifting, or equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
    • Follow planned routes accurately, adjusting as needed to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers politely, confirming orders, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
    • Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of your vehicle to ensure safety and reliability at all times.
    • Accurately document delivery details, including signatures, timestamps, and any delivery issues encountered during shifts.
    • Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing supplies when not on delivery routes.
