Mobile Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for all mobile service customers
  • Efficiently schedule and manage mobile service appointments
  • Perform vehicle walkarounds and intake at customer locations as needed
  • Clearly explain service needs, costs, and next steps to customers
  • Record concerns, review work orders, and get approvals for extra work
  • Follow up with customers after service is completed
  • Help manage mobile service van inventory and readiness
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and service team for smooth operations
  • Promote dealership services and build strong customer relationships

Mobile Service Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Experience as a service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role preferred
  • Previous experience at an automotive dealership is preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with professionalism and accountability
  • Familiarity with dealership software (DMS or CRM) is a plus
  • Great Customer Satisfaction Index required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
