Overview

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support a high-priority role within a growing Security division. This position serves as the central point of coordination between customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams. Strong soft skills, professionalism, and ownership mentality are key to success in this role.

Responsibilitiesc

  • Coordinate and schedule service calls based on customer needs
  • Monitor, prioritize, and manage service tickets for timely completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with service managers, dispatch teams, and technicians
  • Assist with ordering materials and equipment for service work
  • Maintain and update service tickets in internal systems
  • Support preventative maintenance scheduling and contract coordination
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a high level of service
  • Track service activity and assist in identifying process improvements
  • Maintain clear and consistent internal communication

Qualifications

  • 1โ€“3+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or similar role
