Job Summary

The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for responding to internet leads, inbound calls, and customer inquiries while scheduling appointments for the sales team. This position plays a key role in driving dealership traffic and maintaining excellent customer relationships.


Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Schedule sales appointments for prospective customers.
  • Follow up with unsold prospects using CRM tools.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and conduct follow-up after visits.
  • Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred.
  • Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
