As a Service Advisor, you'll guide customers through the repair process from start to finish, ensuring their commercial trucks and buses receive the highest level of care while keeping communication clear, repairs on track, and customers informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.
  • Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Provide repair recommendations, estimates, and timely status updates.
  • Help maximize shop productivity by effectively managing repair flow and technician schedules.
  • Coordinate parts and warranty requirements to ensure timely repairs.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
