  • Continental Toyota is currently hiring a Service Advisor for our location in Hodgkins, Illinois.

    Description of the role:

    As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will act as the main point of contact, helping customers understand the services required for their vehicles and coordinating with our technicians to ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their concerns and service needs
    • Provide accurate and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost and time estimates
    • Schedule appointments and manage service timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Coordinate with the service team to obtain purchase orders and ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standard
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
