Desert Auto Group IV, LLC dba Chula Vista Honda is now accepting applications for a Service advisor, no experience necessary, but helpful. A Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service drive. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
  • Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers frequently.
