Job description

We're looking for Ford Certified Technicians to join our service team at Auffenberg Ford Belleville. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess Ford OEM Service Certifications, and ASE level certifications while having 5 or more years of experience in diagnostics and repair of combustion engines, brake, suspension, electrical, and other motor vehicle systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications
  • Ford Certified
  • ASE certifications are ideal
  • Strong automotive background
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
