Salina Country Club is seeking friendly and professional Servers to join our team. The Server will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests by delivering high-quality service with attention to detail. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet members and guests promptly and courteously
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders while accurately and efficiently delivering exemplary service to dining members
  • Assist in set up and break down of dining areas for special events
  • Address any member or guest request or concern promptly and courteously


Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a server or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or club environment is preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 pounds
