You help guests discover dishes inspired by world cultures, elevate their meal into a memory, and create the kind of service moments people talk about long after they leave.

If you're someone who loves people, thrives in a lively dining room, and enjoys sharing great food and good energy — this role is your sweet spot.

What You'll Do

You'll be in our dedicated Sales role — the guest's guide to flavor, fun, and exceptional hospitality.

  • Create the Zea Experience with every table you touch.
  • Use your menu knowledge to recommend dishes, pairings, and memorable bites that spark curiosity and excitement.
  • Serve with speed, accuracy, and heart, keeping the dining experience smooth and upbeat.
  • Stay fully prepared to answer questions about Zea, our dishes, and our story.
  • Deliver food and drinks quickly and courteously, keeping every visit flowing just right.
  • Handle side work (opening, running, shift-change, and closing duties) with professionalism and ownership.
  • Follow service standards and uphold our expectations for hospitality, teamwork, and guest care.
  • Represent the brand professionally, bringing warmth, skill, and steady leadership to each shift.

Who You Are

  • Energetic and friendly, with a natural ability to connect with others
  • Excited about food, flavor, and global cuisine
  • Able to multi-task and work quickly without sacrificing quality
  • A strong communicator — in conversation and on paper
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a high-performing team
  • Ready to learn, grow, and become an expert on our chef driven menu

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-3 months of restaurant experience helpful but not required.

  • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing) for handling payments
  • Ability to read and write, including correct spelling
  • Able to actively listen, understand and follow instructions (written and/or verbal) and communicate effectively with the team and guests
  • Reasoning, patience and problem-solving skills

Physical Expectations

Work Environment
