We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Server.
What will you be doing most days?
  • Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
  • Consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
  • Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
  • Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guest's orders
  • Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
  • Issue bills & collects payment; including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
  • Assist other servers as needed

  • You enjoy working with all types of people from all walks of life
  • You have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are familiar with taking orders from guests, serving food, clean-up and routine side-work, special event set up/service, and assistance with food preparation
  • You must be able to work nights and weekends
  • You are able stand and be one your feet for long periods of time and can lift and maneuver heavy trays

Physical Requirements for this Position
This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
