In this role, you will build relationships primarily with business owners. No prior finance experience is necessary. Our comprehensive and ongoing training program will teach you everything you need to know to build a successful and rewarding advisory practice. While you are being trained, we will provide you with a stipend plus uncapped commissions. You will find plenty of opportunities for professional development and growth toward leadership/mentor roles


Job Responsibilities

As a Financial Advisor, you will present our line of products and services to individuals & small business owners, working with them to analyze their needs and recommending the most appropriate solutions to help them to meet their goals. This will require that you establish and build a network of ongoing consultative business relationships, as well as internal relationships with our firm s support staff.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Prospecting for clients through introductions, networking associations, and CPA firms
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Conducting fact gathering and needs analyses to arrive at client-centric financial solutions
  • Gaining client consensus on implementation of financial recommendations. Expanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with your mentor
