We are currently seeking a parr time Concierge/Valet to join our ever-growing team at Hemingway Plaza in Kansas City, MO. This is an exciting opportunity!

Are you a naturally friendly, helpful, and professional team-oriented person who is also reliably independent? The Hemingway Plaza is a luxury condominium located just south of the historic Country Club Plaza, providing 24-hour service to our residents. Our small team of staff performs a mixture of tasks, including walkthroughs, door greetings, and the shuttling of registered vehicles.

This is a great position for those looking to upgrade or supplement their careers, with flexible hours - perfect for students or others with blended availability.
The parking and retrieving of registered resident vehicles from a nearby garage is usually steady but not rushed, as a traditional valet would be. We are looking for responsible drivers with a clean record (5 years), at least 21 years of age (for insurance), and the ability to drive a stick/manual transmission is (preferred but not required).

Additional tasks include unloading groceries and luggage, signing in contractors and deliveries, picking up and emptying trash, clearing or preparing for snow and ice, and possible emergencies that are natural to any home.
