Job description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Leesburg, VA division. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at multiple associations for the division. This position requires interaction with colleagues, homeowners, vendors, and sometimes the Association Board of Directors.

General Maintenance Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
  • Grounds keeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
  • Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Applicants Must:

  • Have previous Maintenance experience
  • Be professional, organized and self-motivated
  • Be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
  • Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Be able to work in variable weather conditions
  • Possess general computer skills
  • Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
