Job Description

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment to produce high-quality products in accordance with company standards. The operator ensures that production targets are met in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and adherence to all safety protocols.

  • Operate Equipment:ย Run and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to operational standards and production schedules.
  • Quality Control:ย Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Safety Compliance:ย Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify potential hazards and participate in safety audits.

Additional Information

For Kansas, the expected salary for this position is $16/hr.ย In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit- sharing bonus with a target of 10%.ย ย The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
