Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their specific psychological and emotional care needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on helping seniors navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and issues related to aging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement thorough care plans tailored to the specific needs of geriatric clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our organization, you will primarily support seniors dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, grief, and transitions related to aging. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
