What is a caretaker agency?

A caretaker agency is a service provider that connects property owners or organizations with professional caretakers who manage and maintain homes, estates, or facilities. These agencies recruit and vet caretakers to ensure they are qualified to handle responsibilities such as security, maintenance, and sometimes even pet or plant care. Property owners often use caretaker agencies when they are away or need ongoing support, ensuring their property remains secure and well-maintained. Agencies may offer both live-in and live-out caretaker placements depending on client needs. Using a caretaker agency provides peace of mind and convenience for those who require reliable property management.
