Community Outreach Specialist (Make a Real Impact)

📍 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Are you passionate about helping older adults live safely and independently? Do you love building relationships and being out in the community?

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Outreach Professional to grow our presence and connect seniors and families to life-changing care.

  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and local organizations
