Senior Management Analyst / Business Transformation ConsultantAbout the Role

KeenLogic is seeking an experienced Senior Management Analyst to support strategic planning, organizational improvement, business transformation, and enterprise initiatives across federal programs. This individual will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate business operations, improve organizational performance, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with experience in organizational development, governance, business process improvement, portfolio management, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business operations and organizational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Develop recommendations that support strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.
  • Conduct business process analysis and document workflows, business rules, operational procedures, and functional requirements.
  • Perform gap analyses, trend analyses, and performance assessments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop executive briefings, presentations, reports, and strategic documentation for leadership.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate operational needs into actionable recommendations.
  • Support portfolio, program, and project management initiatives by tracking priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure organizational success.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning.
  • Mentor project teams and contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and organizational standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, organizational development, strategic planning, PMO support, or business transformation.
  • Experience conducting business process improvement, organizational assessments, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
