We re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this client-facing role, you'll lead the design, deployment, and support of IT infrastructure solutions across diverse environments. This is a hands on role covering virtualization, storage, networking, and security ideal for a well-rounded engineer comfortable managing multiple projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure projects: deployments, upgrades, migrations, and cutovers
  • Configure and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
  • Manage enterprise storage (HPE, Dell EMC, Synology) and backup solutions (Veeam, Datto)
  • Design and troubleshoot wired/wireless networks (Meraki, Aruba, Extreme)
  • Deploy and configure firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki) and VPN/security policies
  • Act as Tier 3 support and provide clear documentation and client handoffs

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in IT infrastructure, ideally in consulting, VAR, or MSP roles
  • Deep experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
  • Strong background in virtualization, storage, networking, and firewall/security
  • Comfortable in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
  • Excellent client-facing communication and project delivery skills

Bonus Points

  • Certifications: VCP, MCSE/MCSA, Nutanix NCP, Fortinet NSE, CCNA/CCNP
  • Scripting/automation (PowerShell)
