Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Server System Administrator to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise Windows server infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise in Windows Server technologies and a proven track record of managing complex enterprise environments.
Core Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Lead the planning and execution of server upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
  • Manage and optimize virtualization platforms (Hyper-V/VMware) and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Monitor system performance and capacity planning
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
  • Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting
  • Mentor junior system administrators and provide technical guidance
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support
