Senior Director of Field Marketing

Propark Mobility is seeking a highly motivated Senior Director of Field Marketing to join our team. The Senior Director of Field Marketing serves as the primary liaison between field operations and the corporate marketing team, translating operational and client needs into effective marketing programs that support revenue growth, customer engagement, and business performance.

This leader manages a team of digital and traditional marketing professionals and partners closely with operators, clients, and corporate stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, guide campaign execution, and ensure marketing activity delivers measurable results.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with client leadership, team management, analytics, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Field Operations & Client Partnership

  • Serve as the senior marketing partner to field operations and key client accounts, helping translate business objectives into actionable marketing programs.
  • Build strong relationships with operators, identify growth opportunities, and present campaign plans, performance results, and recommendations directly to stakeholders.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with client objectives, operational priorities, brand standards, and financial goals.

Marketing Programs & Revenue Growth

  • Guide integrated marketing programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, local search, email, and traditional channels to support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Use audience segmentation, customer behavior, and market insights to inform positioning, offers, channel selection, and campaign priorities.
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to ensure strong execution, consistent standards, and effective use of marketing resources.

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to conversions, revenue, ROI, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
  • Oversee dashboards and performance reporting, using data to optimize campaigns, prioritize investments, and communicate results to clients, operations, and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through new technologies, AI-enabled workflows, automation, and more efficient processes.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital and traditional marketing professionals, setting clear priorities, performance standards, and accountability.
  • Build team capabilities in digital marketing, analytics, client management, campaign execution, and commercial thinking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of performance marketing experience, including leadership responsibility and experience managing integrated digital marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing client relationships and presenting strategies, campaign plans, and performance results to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, local search, email marketing, analytics, customer acquisition, and demand generation.
  • Experience building and using marketing reports, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks to guide decisions and communicate results.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve marketing productivity, analysis, content development, campaign execution, or reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, and team leadership skills.
