You'll turn rough concepts into polished, working apps and sites fast - sweating the craft and the details without losing speed. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and ship high-quality mobile apps and web experiences end-to-end - from concept to a working product users can test

  • Move fast through rapid prototyping and iteration, translating ambiguous ideas into testable experiences and refining them based on real user feedback
  • Own front-end architecture decisions - component systems, state management, performance, and craft.
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities and APIs into products to bring new ideas to life
  • Partner closely with the team's engineers and downstream product/engineering teams to package and hand off proven concepts for production scaling
  • Set a high bar for visual quality, polish, and usability across everything the team ships
  • Make pragmatic build-vs-buy and good-enough-for-now calls appropriate to a POC and demo environment
  • Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping production mobile apps and/or web applications
  • 2+ years hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile apps with React Native
  • 2+ years of proficiency with modern front-end web frameworks and languages (such as React and TypeScript/JavaScript)

  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where requirements are not fully defined

  • Experience taking products from concept to launch, including front-end architecture and design decisions
  • Full-stack development experience and comfort working across the stack to deliver end-to-end features
  • Experience with React Native alongside native iOS (Swift) and/or Android development
  • Strong visual craft and motion/interaction design sensibility, including design systems
  • Background working in a startup, R&D lab, or other fast-paced, rapid-build environment
  • Experience in the U.S. healthcare industry or another highly regulated, complex enterprise environment
