Job description

SR. MANAGER, VISUAL MERCHANDISING

Visual/Retail Admin | Dallas Office/Remote | Full-Time

ABOUT LUCCHESE

Since 1883, Lucchese has defined Western luxury — handcrafting boots and leather goods that pair generations of artisan skill with modern style. From our retail stores to our brand activations, every touchpoint is an expression of who we are. We're looking for a visionary Sr. Manager of Visual Merchandising to bring that story to life across our fleet.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the District Manager, the Sr. Manager of Visual Merchandising sets the visual strategy for every Lucchese store — from window presentations and planograms to new store openings and seasonal launches. You'll partner with Product, Brand, and District leaders to translate our brand vision into floor-ready execution that drives sales and elevates the guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create, develop, and implement all visual merchandising programs, and lead the design of in-store displays that support sales objectives
  • Set directions for product presentation, restock, destock, and visual changes in partnership with the Visual Manager
  • Create, maintain, and communicate planograms that guide consistent product placement and layout across all retail locations
  • Lead, train, and develop Visual Merchandising specialists across districts, with weekly 1:1s and monthly team meetings
  • Partner with the Facilities Manager on visual strategy for new store openings
  • Use sales and reporting data to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships and oversee visual merchandising budgets and timelines
  • Travel to stores and events to guide, train, and assess visual execution against brand standards

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent visual merchandising execution with a strong eye for brand storytelling
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a distributed team
  • Strong budget and project management skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%) and work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

THE DETAILS

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40–55 hours/week), plus weekends as needed

Travel: Up to 70% to stores and events

Physical: Extended periods on your feet, lifting, and bending; ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times

If you're ready to shape how an iconic American brand shows up in every store, we'd love to hear from you.
