Overview
Sr. Specialist - Visual Merchandising
JCPenney
Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversees entity(s) within a Division
• Develop/ Drive/ Create fixture layouts, mannequins, product placement, and graphics, per designated entities, based on each teams strategy, monthly
• Create set tools monthly for stores to implement. (brand guides, set planners, fixture layouts, renderings)
• Coordinate with Design and Buying teams on upcoming trends and how to bring them to life in store
• Create and Maintain visual standards by area for product placement, mannequins, fixture layouts, and graphics
• Manage execution of our Local Store(s); fixture layouts, mannequins, graphics, 3d elements, product placement
• Manage graphic needs per designated entities. From conception to store implementation
• Manage National Vendor partnerships for all sets, graphics, and new fixtures
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
• Strong communication skills, project management, and organizational skills a must.
• 3-5 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience
• Working knowledge of In-design, excel, word, and photoshop, AI platforms
• Experience with store design and all aspects of store environment.
• Customer focused ideas that drive results
• Bachelor's degree
